Watch the extraordinary Carl Rogers, the inventor of client-centered therapy, do a psychotherapy session. In 1975 three master therapists, including Dr. Rogers, were each filmed working with the same client. The result allows us to see what a great therapy session looks like. Many, if not most, therapists today are deeply influenced by Rogers, as am I.
